Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jabexteriors.com and the communications you receive from JAB Contracting LLC DBA JAB Exteriors ("JAB Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our roofing, siding, window, and gutter services. Photos, descriptions, and pricing information are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually after an on-site estimate, and the terms of any project are set out in the written contract you sign with us.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using automated tools to submit forms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. JAB Exteriors offers two kinds of text messages, and you choose which to receive by checking the matching consent box on our estimate form, contact form, or website chat widget:

  • Project and customer service texts — messages about your inquiry and project, including appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate and quote follow-ups, project updates, and customer service replies.
  • Marketing texts — promotional messages, including special offers, seasonal promotions, and company news. These may be sent using automated technology.

You can agree to one type without the other.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate and do business with us without agreeing to receive texts.
  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, your project, and the messages you have agreed to receive.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed from our texts. To start again, reply START or opt in again through our website.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates and Scheduling

Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Appointment times are confirmed by our team and may need to be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The JAB Exteriors name, logo, photographs, and written content on this website are owned by or licensed to JAB Contracting LLC DBA JAB Exteriors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to or embed third-party services, such as financing providers, review platforms, booking calendars, and our chat widget. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
