JAB Contracting LLC DBA JAB Exteriors ("JAB Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit jabexteriors.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We do not sell, rent, or trade the contact information you submit to us.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Fill out our estimate request form (name, email address, phone number, service type, and project details)
- Submit our contact form (name, email address, phone number, and message)
- Start a conversation through the chat widget on our website (name, phone number, email address, and message)
- Call, text, or email us directly
We also automatically collect technical data when you browse our site, using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel. This includes your browser and device type, IP address, pages visited, time on site, how you arrived at our site, and actions such as submitting a form. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your estimate request or inquiry
- Schedule on-site consultations and follow up on your project
- Send you information relevant to your project (quotes, scheduling confirmations)
- Improve our website and services based on usage data
- Measure the results of our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our website
We send marketing messages, such as special offers and seasonal promotions, only to people who have given us permission. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from JAB Exteriors — for example, through our estimate form, contact form, or website chat widget — we may send you the types of text messages you agreed to:
- Project and customer service texts — messages about your inquiry, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate and quote follow-ups, project updates, and replies to your questions.
- Marketing texts — promotional messages, such as special offers, seasonal promotions, and company news. We send these only if you separately agree to receive marketing texts, and they may be sent using automated technology.
Our forms ask for each type of consent separately, and you can agree to one without the other.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive text messages to request an estimate or do business with us.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, your project, and the messages you have agreed to receive.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel (CRM) — Form submissions are routed to our GoHighLevel CRM to help us manage and respond to your inquiry. GoHighLevel stores your contact information securely. See GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.
- Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — We use Google Tag Manager to manage site tags and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram) — We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- GoHighLevel Booking Calendar — Our confirmation page embeds a GoHighLevel scheduling widget for booking your estimate appointment.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) Chat & SMS — Our website chat widget and text messaging are provided through GoHighLevel's LeadConnector platform, which processes your messages and phone number on our behalf so we can reply to you.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies placed by Google and Meta:
- Analytics — Google Analytics cookies tell us how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site.
- Advertising — The Meta Pixel records visits and actions on our site, such as viewing a page or submitting an estimate request, so we can measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work and show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and uses it under its own privacy policy.
Your form submissions go to our CRM. However, the Meta Pixel may collect information you enter on our site, such as your email address or phone number, in a hashed (scrambled) form so that Meta can match your visit to a Meta account. We never send your messages, project details, or text messaging opt-in data to Meta or Google for advertising.
Your choices:
Data Retention
Contact information submitted through our forms is retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to complete your project and fulfill any warranty obligations. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (no more than 14 months for user-level data). Data collected by the Meta Pixel is retained by Meta under its own policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information from our systems
- Opt out of any follow-up or marketing communications, including text messages (reply STOP to any text)

Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
